Neville Upton

Neville is the Chief Executive of The Listening Company (TLC) which he founded in 1998 along with a team of seasoned professionals from the call centre industry.

Neville is passionate about the potential of call centres and their ability to transform the relationships that companies have with their customers. He believes that call centres are undervalued by society and has a vision to bring them to its core. He believes that excellent customer communication strategies require an integrated approach delivered by people who believe in what they are doing and have the tools and empowerment to do so.
